CGTalk - max5 bone tutorial

hi, i was wondering if anybody could help me. In the max 5 tutorial 'rigging a character' it mentions 'point constraint' i cant find this anywhere in max. Is this the same as position constraint?

Yeah...that's what happens when you use both Maya and Max...your brain gets the terms muddled...hehe

Anyhow yes a point constraint is the same as a position contraint.
