This is harsh, but how does edge melt work? does it do the same job as Untriqualate? anyone?

As far as I can see it, it seems to Untriangulate two tris on either side of the edge. I assume it will work on multiple edges/tris at the same time.

I haven't read the manual for this though. Manuals are for girls. :p

Edge Melt does work. It took me a couple of seconds to figure it out though. It is similar to untriangulate, except for the fact that it is selective. Select the edge that you want to dissolve and Edge Melt will make it conveniently. Of course this won't let you get around the no n-gon limitation, but that's okay. :)

knight42: I didn't notice it in the manual (couldn't find the page :p). Still, it's a no brainer to use. Yeah, you can select multiple edges.

personaly I am having a little fling with bevel.

edge melt?? CTRL extrude... my mind is on overload....so much to learn so little time...

Can you show some pics of what you are doing - I haven't got a clue on what you are talking about but it sounds amazing!!
