It definitely has got something! Really cool style!
Is the finger pointing to the text made on purpose?

it's a a2-poster & smaller formats (flyers, etc) for an event. done in illustrator. in the "commercial" version she's pointing on the event-typo/ info.

I find myself really enjoying your style. I can't pin point what exactly it is that i like about it but there is something about the pose.. It is sexy yet it kees the serious undertone to it with the colors and such. I really like how there is no shading it really makes for an original piece of art work. Good job man!:bounce:

Xmb its very nice , but i think the negative space should be smaller. The upper left is too empty.

maybe, maybe not...
i like minimalistic design, where space is luxury.

what i would really like to do is an animation in this style, but it's very difficult & costly/ time-consuming.

Oh, tres chic! Reminds me of the 50's/60's :)
Hm, perhaps a dry martini with olive fits the image if you catch my drift :)

what i was suggesting was a different cropping not more drawing on the empty space. Its basic rules of photography , you simply have too much space on the upper left with no purpose.

in the "commercial" version there is typography above her, so i just left it like this.

but with less space it looks more "compressed" and too focused on only the character. while i also want to let the blank space "play". and didnt want the usual letter-measurments.

thanks for the suggestions

i was listening mostly 60s/70s futuristic chill out/ electronic/ lounge & jazz music while working on this. and from time to time i saw the news and it reminded me again that this world is hell sometimes.
but i dont know really, i like her a bit devilish.
