Good work! I think you could work on the lighting a lil bit more...with all that fire in the background, we should be seeing stronger rim highlights..and more orangy. In my opinion, the color temperature should be warmer. Also, you could add just a lil bit of dirt to her face..you know how firefighters always get their faces all stained with black from the smoke and the ashes?

I really would argue that it's a tribute. Since firefighting is a pretty dirty job and you get your ahnd dirty. Yet here we see a centerfold style model complete with make-up in a fire fighting gear. One could say that's an insult... Unless of course the objective was to make a "sexy job" pinup style image.

(I also should note that firefighters are REQUIRED to be able to lift and carry 100lbs of weight and life and carry the weight of a normal person, as if they have toe drag them out of a burning house or such.)

The work itself is exellent with the fire in the BG and the shading and lighting looks good.
