A little hard to critique since the stuff I mention could just be how you like them for your style, so don't treat these as problems just.. suggestions from another POV, here goes...
Hair looks a fraction too flat on top, could perhaps do with another 'layer', and if you hide the left side of the furthest left layer of hair with your thumb, it looks like she may benefit from having hair that isn't so wide, even though it's exaggerated due to her holding her head at an angle. (I'll mark this on your pic if that made no sense)
Her neck appears to be too long and bendy, could see if she'd look better by moving the head down and to the left just a tad (with dragon and arm to match )
Dragon looks fantastic, perhaps the wing could do with slightly more detail, just a bit more shading to bring out the skeletal form there, like there is before his knee.
Hand and arm look okay, what is around her wrist however? It looks like there was a bracelet that's been removed later on..
The square between her nose and upper lip (I thought this was called a palette, but according to dictionary.com it's not, so.. ), this looks a little strong/bold.
I get a strong impession she's really quite young, in which case perhaps trim her eyebrows down a bit, but retaining their sharpness.
I think it's a lovely picture though, has a nice feeling about it with the dragon. So please just dismiss these comments if you are happy with the picture.

it would be nice if the pic zoomed out a bit to see the rest of her. Are you planning on coloring the rest in ps? The dragon pose is great, looks like its kissing her:wavey: nice work

Awesome work!
I just love the shading in this piece :)
Oh yeah, like IpakAgun said, I think i'd look nicer if the view would be more distant :)
Keep it up

zoomed . . . out? *_*
ah, well, i can only fit so much drawing on a piece of paper. so, the rest of her sorta . . . doesn't exist :surprised
i'm not planning on coloring the rest, as i am quite fond of plain pencilwork.
the thing on her wrist is actually a tattoo, not a bracelet.
thanks for the critique, tuna :} i don't usually get stuff that detailed^^
