wow, there's a lot of great modelling in the scene
But (there's always a but :D)
What about having the mouse girlfriend in the background and looking in a certain way at the little casanova, but thats maybe too much...
I could also think about another view, maybe having the head of the mouse big in the foreground or viceversa (the womens hip in the foreground and the mouse in the back). At the moment there`s missing a little bit suspense (not sure if that's the right word...). Also the pose in the sketch in my opinion is much better!
Anyway good work (I wish I could do that...)

One suggestion I would offer is to experiment with other compositions for this scene. In your layout sketch, all of the places that you want your viewers' eyes to focus on are shoved into either the upper left corner or the lower right. There's a big huge area in the center of the composition that does nothing: It's not where you want people to look, but it takes up the bulk of your iamge. You may fool aorund with how you can lay it all out so that the central areas of attention are more central! :) Good luck!

you stole one of my early idea! lol ;) mine was a teddy bear or cupid looking up a housewives skirt.. anyway not doing that anymore so your welcome to it. composition could be alot better i feel, bu then you havent put mouse in yet...

I think that the composition will be improved by including a new characther there... like in the sketch, maybe a distracted mouse and mouse wife .. walking with the shopping. :P the guy looks at the girl and the mousegirl gets disappointed. :P
I think that this could be worked more in the composition.
But its a good job.
Keep going.!!!
I'm sure that it could be cool!

I think the easiest way to fix the middle of the composition is to either make the layout portrait instead of landscape, or put another animal looking in from the window sill, like a bird, flying insect or giraffe.

Good modeling for sure. Regarding the last post about stolen ideas, I think that W-I-L was reffering to this post here (http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?f=225&t=515518&page=2&pp=15)
Good luck in the challange

HI
I think you could put the camera more behind the mouse so we can share his point of view, that would make the two characters closer to each other and fix the composition void.
And would look hot still!:D

hello Laltu!
It's a very nice piece, the render is very good!If I can make 2 sugestions:I think that we should be able to see more clearly the wind direction on her skirts and on the curtain. And the pose for the mouse should be more exagerated,as if he were running away and get caught by surprise by that remarkable vision!Good luck on the competition!

DUDE!!! that perspective change makes ALL the difference this piece is now like 99x stronger
wow man great work!!
shame you cant see panties anymore but.... i think this composition is still better than from the mouse's view up... its jsut way more sophisticated and dynamic

I much prefer your new shot - it really shifts the emphasis to the rat's behaviour, which is the whole point of the picture - we don't need to see the woman's knickers to know what he is looking at.
From the front, however, the rat's look is now more one of shock/horror than lasciviousness/joy as it looked from the side. Also, the rat is very dark - maybe you could try a render with him in a pool of light to highlight him against the dark tile behind him?
This was a courageous change given all the work you did on the other elements, but I personally think it really paid off.

It’s a stupid french rat which seems afraid, may be, because it supposes that the words are like the things ! (in french popular language the visible sex of the female human is named female cat like "pussy" in english !)
excellent!
cabertevon
10-09-2007, 09:42 PM
I agree too, that's far better than the other one. It gave an impression of mystery and curiosity to what the rat had seen.
And less explicit.

"It should be funny" That was the only word which was in my mind, when i was making this concept for the "Strange Behavior".
When i was thinking madly about my concept thn,i got an idea accidentally when i was in a shopping mall, I heard a sound "phatakk". Suddenly
i looked behind and watch an amazing behavior beautiful sexy lady picking up vegetables from the ground which had fallen from her shopping
bag and a little baby was strangely watching at her butt..No...No......No....My friend the baby was quite innocent. Actually he was attracted for the colourfull panty of the lady......
So my dear friends...that was the story of my naughty concept. THE FLASH

great story and how u came up with the idea for the challenge :D and I like the final image as well, it is great. Love the camera view that u have used, so that we actually dont see her panties but it can be an image in our mind. And all that we can see is rats expression, which gives u thinking even more :) really nice job, so I wish u best of luck!

Nice work so far. I too like the change in camera angle that you've sued.
Composition-wise, it might be very effective if you made the black tile behind the rat's head the white marble instead of black. Right now you have a black rat in front of a black tile - it makes his silhouette less easy to read. A black rat with his head in front of a white tile would read more clearly, especially with that great sunbeam hitting the floor behind his head. After all, his face is the main focus of the iamge, so you want to draw the viewer's eye there as much as possible, right? :)
Good luck!

Hooooooooo....... final image is very excellent. Very nice rendering man. The expression of the rat is so expressive. Finally the rendering is very nice. The skin shading of the lady is very realistic.
Finally the behavior is very much strange.
