This is the first topic i'm planning to develope in the cahllenge; I like the strenght of the story behind the picture. But this challenge is supposed to be humorous, and this definitely doesn't match this point... So i will probably end up with a different topic.

well i would like it if you would break the line of funny picutres and do something more serious

Hola Antonio. Nice sketch. I´m looking forward to see the development of it. Keep it up.
Oh nice, I like the emotion in your sketches they are quite moving. The executioner sketch is simple yet very effective. Makes you ask questions, like is this his first execution, is it before - after. Why is he emotional, did he have to execute someone he knows.. Loves?
Looking forward to seeing more

Hi Antonio
I really like the style you are adding to an emotion with some possible past, and to show an executioner as an emotional human being it is as real as strange to think off.
Me gusta mucho ese buen stilo de personificar un momento!te estare hechando porras!

I'm thinking about placing the executioner in the
psychiatrist's office; I feel it reinforces the guilt feeling, and the atmosphere (so created) could be
interesting. Here are the very first sketches for the design of the psychiatrist character. I still don't know how will be the global composition.

A psychiatrist? Didn't see that one coming! It's good though, kind of fits in with the whole theme of Strange behaviour a little more. Lightens up the mood a bit too :)

The executioner at the psycoanalyst office

The executioner at the psycoanalist office; (Close up)I'm inspiring on the Mars portrait by Velazquez, one of the most sarcastic paintings ever; I've changed a little the pose. Still sketching until I find the composition.

Excellent idea (and excellent drawing). Where will the psychanalist take place in your scene ?
I lie the pose of the executionner even I thin it could be more understandable if he was lying. But if we see correctly the doctor there are no problem of comprehension.

I was thinking of placing the psychiatrist taking a nap while the executioner talks, which would make the situation more strange. The death of Marat, by Jean Louis David, inspired this pose. The rocking chair is based on a classic model, with slight variations.

I'm still working on the design of the characters. Here are some doodles looking for a convincing psichiatrist. Sorry for not posting for so long. Plenty of work. (I know, you too..:-)

I luv your anatomy skils! You're very good at it indeed =)
Just one thought: the last psichiatrist looks more like a conductor with that feather in his hand and the big book infront and the pose accents that also... I think...
I'll check in on this one again.
Keep it up =)
