Sick and insane, but I like it.
You need to improve her clothes and skin. It doesn't look as real as the rest of the image. I love the texture of the wall.

yeah cool image, I (as a silent hill and silent hill nurse fan hehe) like it very much, altough you could improve her skin shading..The wall and the bloody sheets she is sitting on looks exactly like in the game, so very good job:)

Great image. Its some what slightly disturbing but I like it.

To me the clothing and the tiles in the background look like there made from the same material. I feel that a different shader on the cloth would give the nurses clothes a softer feel. At the moment her clothing looks like it been made of a hard material.

Other than that its a cool image.

This is great work. My only comment is that you joints seem to be off. (Knees and wrists) They seem to be a little on the rubbery side. Still it is great work!
