Hi all, heres my entry for this months challenge... :) firstly I will explain the story behind the HERO (hopefully it won't bore you) , and then ill post some concepts...
Background
Victor Freeweb was a happy employee of BlowPop balloon making factory until an incident changed his life.
One day, while he was working on the balloon mould machines, someone activated the system and he was sucked inside... after he emerged he was a balloon, BalloonMan!!! able to change shape just like a balloon.... His main disadvantage is that he needs helium to keep himself floating... oh and he is also afraid of heights....
..........and now the sidekick who is pulling all the strings(literally) :) his fellow partner against crime Handy the two-handed eyeball. Formelly a CIA agent he was tortured beyond recognition leaving him with only an eyeball and two hands and with a bad case of paranoid skitzophrenia.... Handy keeps BalloonMan tied to him so he doesn't float away.. and he also helps him with the helium reloading....
The two (hapless) heroes ready to defend the world...
