I dont now, so if anyone now how, please explain to me.

Not sure exactly.
Seems to me though that there would be little gain in using a device meant for 3Dimensional navigation/manipulation in an application that works in 2D space.
Not that it couldn't be used, but it would probably map the devices functions in the same way it would map a normal mouse.
It might allow you to use some buttons as zoom or scroll functions, but other than that I can only think of stylus pressure when using a tablet as being unique functions within Photoshop that require more than a mouse.

Whell if i already have the device, why not use it ???
I now from trying that i will benefit,
on my left, pan and zoom and buttons,on my right wacom pen.
I have Windows xp, photoshop CS2, newest drives from 3d connexion,
in the photoshop-pluginfolder i have a drivefile, installed, like readme file
have toldme to, have i forgotten something ???

And finally i got it to work now in photoshop, but the zoom worked differently
in photoshop, so thats my confusion, so its now a matter of settings in the prefs.
