Hi,

I've decided to give this document for free. It's a document of 120 pages about 3DSMax SDK in PDF file format that I've used during my training sessions about this topic.

Enjoy !

Thanks a lot David! :)

I can say that this document is the best reference covering the 3ds Max SDK.
Great book and free!

Neat book! I'll have to have a deeper look at it over the July 4th Holiday (USA).
By the way, is the section on the app wizard still valid? Can it be installed for 3dsM9/VC2005?

Hi,

You are all wlecome :-)

About the plug-in wizard, yes it can be used with VC 2005 and Max 9, the wizard for VC2005 can be found here :
http://dl3d.free.fr/resources/3dsmax9PluginWizard_Visual2005.rar

The 3DSMAX resources section of our developers forums is here :
http://dl3d.free.fr/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=436

And some more resources on our developers forums, all are free of course (not only 3DSMax, but Maya, Motion Builder, RenderMan, mental ray ...)

http://dl3d.free.fr/phpBB2/index.php

Feel free to post your comments.
You'll see, some sections are pretty small and some deeply detailed...
