Nice - but do their tail feathers really splay out that much?
There are some nasty seams (but I'm sure you know this) between the thighs and the body, and between the wings and the body......
Also, the shape of the wings looks like it's in flight - it looks like there is a lot of pressure on them, even though it is just on a branch.....

I don't like the back, but the front is realy realistic and expressive.
I don't know if you want aminate it, but I'm sure you know there are a lot of article about setuping for a bird flight!

is the beak really that straight? i thought predetors would have more of a hook beak....
for some reason this reminds me of a pigeon.
nice model though just needs a little bit of work.

Defentantly needs more work.
The beak of the peregrine is, like with all falcons, a hook with a small tooth at the sides of the upper beak.
The body is slender and quite long. The tail is rather short, not quite like the one you made. The wings are long and slender aswell.
If you really want to model all the feathers, you'll need more aswell.
I suggest you get some good reference and start tweaking for a good bit.
