WOW, that looks really cool. R u planning on rendering the whole thing using brazil? what kinda computer u gonna render it on? cuz i know it take forever on my machine....
keep it up....

well.. I'm definently going for GI in my renderings.. it really depends on how brazil 0.3.0(+) performs, supports DOF and/or Z-buffer output.
Or Final Render might get a shot.. not as easy work with though.
And the outdoor GI ain't as nice..
But i'll use what ever it takes.. for a certain shot to look it's best and render the fastest.
I have a Athlon TB 1.2Ghz. 512megz...
But when I get around rendering shots.. I might just shell out the bucks to throw a lot more hardware at it..

If you render out in layers then you could do most (if not all) of your DOF in post.
It a million billion times quicker and easier... especially when it comes to tweaking.

yup.. you are absoluetly right,
I'll probably have to.. considering the heavy scenes I'm going to do..
but I'm also a sucker for color bleeding... ahh.. I'm so week...
so I could end up, rendering the whole damn scene in one pass... just to get color bleeding.
But I havn't worked with this yet... so we'll see how it turns out..
