Very nice, you've stayed close to the reference (I think, long time since I saw it)..
Keep up the good work!
Are you going to skin it and stuff?
Cheers

I´m also working on a Hawkprey (James Hawkins) concept and I´m nearly done but I´m not showing it yet
How many faces does she weigh at the moment ?
excellent
I do feel like there are some minor anatormy issues around the hip area... :D

Flow, I can't see any anatomical incorrectness in the pelvis area..

So you're critizising Hawkprey's reference ( http://www.hawkprey.com/ )
Hoho...
didnt say it was ugly or anything. I just feel like the waist could be a bit larger. and that the inner thigh too.
I dont judge art by the age of the artist, I judge it from my own perspective.

Then it's a mather of taste not anatomy.

CGMonkey: Textures are next on my list. Not much experience there so it might take a while before it's done.
Phil: she's under 5000 faces when frozen. But I can cut her down to < 3000 faces without a noticable loss of quality. I usually work directly in polys - not using subpatch surfaces. I figured I'd try it the other way this time around and then clean up the polys if needed.
Flow: I'd like to know what anatomical mistakes are in the pelvis area. She's supposed to have a girlish figure so her hips aren't that wide. Or is that not what you meant.
As for the thigh I agree. Right now it's like that due to mirroring constraints. Will fix it before I freeze the subpatch mesh.
BTW what makes you think I'm young? :surprised
I know she is suposed to be a girl... :scream: :scream:
its just that, the ref pic(s) I usually use for whenever Im sad enough to model a girl do tend to have just a tad larger hips.
Never mind my comment, Im never right........................................
I didnt say that you were young, I said that the dude who did the concepts is probably old (In my eyes...) and therefore experienced and hopefully (aperantly..) skilled.
Just to kick myself in the nuts I would also like to add that I never get impressed by work that is done by older artists. Such as the concept art dude...He's old, he _should_ be skilled. Now if he was 15 I'd shit my pants...
Hope I didnt offend you or anything by my posts...... :hmm:

great equitment on her, adds to her shap, love the side/back vew..

No offense whatsoever.
I honestly wanted to know what if anything was wrong with her hips. :D
I had no intention of coming off like I'm attacking you or anything.
As for the thighs - I agree. I'll fix it.
thanks
