Hi,
Whenever I, say, paste a new image layer onto another picture, and I drag it around while holding the left mouse button, Photoshop likes to "lock" it in a position I don't want it to. And when I'm trying to neatly position the newly pasted layer into the right location with its background, this feature won't let me adjust it to how I want it.
Does this make sense? I'm looking to finding out if there's a way to temporarily disable it (like by holding a keyboard button while dragging the layer around) or simply turning it off in the settings.
