My concept sketch

I know this is just your concept but it might be nice if there was more aof a difference between the two characters.

Hmm... I'm probably WAY off here but...

From what I can gather, its the same person arm wrestling against him/herself?

Hence a win/win or (more than likely) a lose/lose situation, seeing that its the same person, they'll eventually tire out?

The meaning was that the work would be close to the clasical style that nowadays we all are learning and get the inspiration from. The idea hit me like the paintball bullet and I couldn't resist fulfiling it!

Hahahaha. I gotta say this piece brings a smile to my face. Rembrandt has to be my favorite classical artist (velasquez close behind). I think you captured his lighting style and brushstrokes pretty F-ing well. Also the idea is just plain fun. Honestly makes me want to go back to oil painting.
