View Full Version : Painter X - Fur/Hair Techniques
Chymo 06-28-2007, 08:57 PM I guess this isn't really program specific, but I'd appreciate it if someone could maybe post a link to a tutorial on painting fur. This is for my current digital painting project, and as I'm still getting to grips with the whole concept (and in particular Painter X), of digital painting it could be said that I'm still pretty new at it. Many thanks in advance

Hey I had the same issue but I found on 3d total they have some decent examples to get you started. You can check out these 3 which I found to be helpful and informative as far as the technique. Just remember to practice it because the first couple of versions you do might not be perfect but after a while it grows on you.

I saw in painter magazine that fur will be covered well in the next issue!
