Hey! I just thought I might share an image of something I'm working on for the SCDOT. Some portions of this are going to be used in flyers advertising a jobfair type program. The BullDozer is my own design and I had to custom make the wheels because I couldn't find any that fit for what I wanted. Comments are welcome!

Sweet!!!

I figured out why I love 3D so much, it's just Lego for big boys :bounce:

Any of you Lego fans checked out these programs?

Thanks for the comments... per Proton's request I am currently rendering a sixteen second animation of the Bulldozer.

N2ChristTheKing < I have used both programs and found each to have it's shortcomings, but they are helpful in srolling through the list of pieces to find what I needed to build the bulldozer. Too bad they don't export directly to Lightwave and the file converter I found leaves lots of disjointed pieces and faces that point the wrong way... I had to build the model in MLCAD, save the file as a .dat, convert the .dat to .lwo, take all the many different .lwo's that were created by the conversion and put them in one file, flip poly's, weld points, rebuild the minifigure and UV map his face, rig his arms and hands, rig the dozer and then it was ready for rendering.... lots of work just for some virtual lego toys.. but I enjoyed it.. I always loved legos...

Ok, so here's a quick animation... sorry for the sucky lighting but I wanted it to render quickly so I had to sacrifice on lighting. Enjoy, and thanks again for the comments...
