Well the only thing i see wrong is the mole. Cindy Crawford's mole is on her cheek, not her nose. Other than that it looks just like her...lol

I think he only did it as a way to get people to read the thread. I don't find it offensive. It's just a way of getting traffic on it :)

anywho let's give crits and not just slam the guy.

Looks good so far, tight modeling job. The facial texture I would try to shift the colors a bit more to either green or blue, it would give it a bit more character and make it unique.

I like the model. It would be cool to see a reddish/purplish undertone on the skin along with some more defined wrinkles. Are you going to develop a scene to go with it? You should try to go into a different direction rather than the same old Witch with a broom and cauldren. Or if you do, try to put a modern day twist to it. Looking forward to see how Cindy progresses.

I like the way the topology is layed out. The hair doesnt fit the quality of the rest of the model though. Although I didnt see the movie It made me think of those commercials for 'the Hours' with Nicole Kidman wearing that prosthetic nose.:)
