I like modelling,Lighting and texturing so much...
only 2 crits:
1-I feel that the camera position dosen`t concenrate on a specific building or region,
2-The horizon needs to be studied more,about the end line between the water and the sky...I guess it needed some kind of ships and some landscape..

Overall very Good job,
