Hi. I just registered on this forum and wanted to introduce myself. My name is JP Roberts and I currently run a small animation and effects studio in Nashville, TN. I'm looking for a full-time position as a 3d modeler, compositor or designer and would like to get a few comments and thoughts regarding my new site. Specifically my online demo reels. The reels can be accessed here using the real player.

Quicktime movies can be downloaded from the "reels" page on my site as well. Thanks in advance for your comments.

Cool stuff man!!!
I like the music, what you use.
The post production, compositing jobs are close to me, so i like it. I can see some part what is very similar to something other TV stuff, but i do the same, taking others best stuff into my job:)

Again, well done!

Hey Zorwick. Thanks for the comments. The music was done by a friend of mine who's a jazz singer here in Nashville. The cool thing about living here is the immediate access to all kinds of great music. Her name is Liz Johnson and she has a great cd out. You can check out her music at http://www.lilyrecords.com/. Thanks again!

What I can see so far: Great work!!!

Very nice editing. Very diverse. Love the morphs in the beginnning.

What a hate: Real player! I would suggest to make it a divx or movie...

It doesn't play realtime.

Thanks for your comments. I agree with you on the "real video" thing. Unfortunately, that's the only streaming format my hosting company currently supports. I'm going to be moving the reels to a new host soon but I can create a progressive DIVX file in the interim. Thanks again for the tip!
