It took a while to come to a conclusion. I was discussing with Mario about how it has to look and i went for a scary look. Mario is my team concept artist.

Welcome to the challenge guys, I see you started with concepting the Elephant man too, he seems to have a very good character role in the script so I think it's a good place to start.

Who's in your team and what's the big plan? :)

Hey there,

Right now its just two men team. I will add people as i go. I just want to get started.
Its going to fun to animate the tentacles or trunks.

Your concept looks promising. Sounds like you plan to do a lot of trunk animations.
