Cisco Buys Linksys

Yeah, I was about to pick up a 'g' series wireless router & cards to replace my 'b' series. I think I'm going to wait now and see what Cisco actually do with Linksys. :shrug:

If Cisco's smart, they won't do anything after the purchase. That said, my experience with Cisco is that they acquire companies, then jack up the prices and integrate the new products into their own line.

On the other hand, this is the first time I've seen Cisco buy a home targeted business, so they may treat it differently. I certainly hope so.
