View Full Version : Uv Trouble
Hey, I was wondering if anybody knew how to fix this problem I'm having with this two faces. What's the best way to fix this problem? When I extrude a edge it messes up the map. Is there a way to put the faces back and continue, or do I have to redo the object?

Green faces in Maya mean there are no UV's applied (or no shading group? Not sure).
Try applying a planar mapping (Polygon UV's->Planar mapping) on your object, in case this doesn't do the trick, apply the checker material to the whole object.
