View Full Version : UltraPose 1.7 released
bigfatMELon 03-20-2003, 07:48 PM A quick follow up to 1.6. What's new:
-New List menu and scroll list popup
-Rename poses
-Update a selected pose from the selected rig
-Reorder poses in the list
-Sort the pose list by alpha or reverse alpha
You can get it at Highend3D (http://www.highend3d.com) or my page of shameless self-promotion (http://homepage.mac.com/julianlove/Menu8.html).

Well, this update takes care of *my* wish list - for now :applause:
Except...as often as I seem to need to update poses, an extra button for it (maybe directly under the "Add" button) would be handier than getting at it from the menu.
Cool Julian. Thanks!

I am considering replacing the Delete button with the Update button as there is now far less need to delete poses and a far greater likelyhood that you would want to update them. Most likely 1.8. For now, I'm taking a break from UP in order to get ControlFreak out the door.

Don't get rid of the Delete function altogether - maybe just swap places for Update and Delete? (an Update button, with Delete on the list menu) Although you can always just delete a pose by updating it with some totally different pose, still if you've a lot of poses you need to get rid of...
ControlFreak, huh? Consider me intriqued.

Swapping is what I meant. The Delete can be used and the pose list supports multiple and discontiguous selections. So you can grab as many poses as you want and delete them from the menu.

PS: ControlFreak is does for rigging hand controls what UltraPose does for pose-to-pose animation.
