selet two quadsand it will turn the edge in between them.

Hey--doesn't the plugin "spinpoly" do the same thing? Of course that one was $7 USD and this one is free....

Spinpoly has a few extra features, such as automatically merging the tris when they form a quad and spinning a whole selection of polys.

Since the question has been asked, the things that spinPoly does are:-
Spin Tri+Tri, Quad+Quad, and Tri+Quad.
Split single Quad into 2 Tris, and merge 2 Tris into single Quad. (like Triangulate/Untriangulate, but faster workflow)
Spin all polygons around a single shared vertex.
In addition, UVW texturing information is preserved for _all_ operations.
