I've downloaded some free grenscreen footage, and I'm trying to make a small movie with that. Unfortunately I've got a big problem with adjusting the footage and the background. If you see this short movie you'll know what i have in mind.

The football player looks like he was pasted on the background, he doesnt fit there. What can I do to get rid of this unwanted effect? Maybe there is something wrong with the light? I don't know... been sitting whole day with this poroject and I cant find a solution...

Seems to me that the background image was shot very low from the ground - probably less than half a metre from ground level, as evidenced by the depth of field on the chalk line in the very close foreground.
if you had to match the footballer to this backdrop, you'd probably only see up to his knees, if you get my drift...

you could use the background if you move the footballer back in z space, and simulate a shadow (fairly harsh under the lighting conditions)

Indeed it looks like the footballer is too small this way. Moving him up would help, but don't know if you have his entire body filmed. Also, the fact that the background is a still doesn't help. Adding some slight noise or overall camera movement might help a lot.
