I haven't seen any work this fantastic in a while. The colour is so strong, yet it doesn't overpower the image, so you know you have created something special!
I have one tiny crit if i may? The hair leaving her right hand i think stays a little too straight. I like the other hand how it really looks like she is pulling because it is straight until it leaves her hand where it becomes wavy again. Maybe just makes the hair look a little stiff in her right hand?
If you changed that, this would be a perfect image for me. However, that is only a tiny thing, and Im going to give you 5* anyway, so its your call :)

Very nice rendering. The character is great. You could crop the comp a bit differently though. If she was placed to the left of the frame a bit more the focus would be stronger. Superb image though. Cheers

Theres just so much rawness and claustrophobia in this image - it really affects you. Much more compelling and scary than a bloody monster or something. I just love the way the soft velvet cloth is turning bad and creeping up her, and her own hair is enveloping / choking her. Scary stuff!

You, sir, should be working on the next silent hill game! You have a real talent for subversive, psychological horror illustration.
