It seems a bit narrow in the perspective shots, but the others seem like they might be right. Have you checked all the proportions?

not bad....definately check the proportions....not that yours look off but that is probably the single most important thing in making a car look believable. On a side note: don't bother making a normal version, even the tuned version is ugly.
Keep modeling fine cars ;) :buttrock:

Thnaks guys.
YES proportions are right, acctualy car is modeled in right SIZE (not only scale wiht proportions) 'coz i have pretty nice blueprints with measurments so it's very accurate on that, don't worry i wouldn't start modeling car if i don't have right resources ;).
digitalp1mp - I will make bigger rims for my version - this one is have rimes as my resources but i agrre they could be bigger if is tunded ;).
b1m2x3 - I'am using spline patchin as i wrote tutorial on that subject ;).
neolee40 - sorry to hear that but you aren't alone - her ein Croatia that model isn't available aslo :(.

nice car as usual Lewis !
I actually own a 2003 Eclipse and it's not an ugly car at all Supra! you think an 87 Supra is nice looking ?? ugly... but, everyone has different tastes... some better than others..
i do wish they kept the front lights like in the 1999 Eclipse
the new style supra on the other hand is awesome !

thanks sobek27 - i agree that discusing abou taste is not topic in this case :). For instance here in Croatia we don't like much VW cars and i hear that in USA they like tunded VW golfs since that's not "rice" ;). We don't have many Japan cars so they are more popular here since it's not everyday car.
BTW - you have Eclipse 2003 model ?? Maybe you can help me with some interior shot images ? thanks.

sure let me know what shots you need and i'll take some pictures for you when I get home from work..
by the way, i don' t like vw's either, they look too boxy just like most american cars, no roundness or shape to it... i am originally from Poland

Great, i need everything :). Dashboard, details on dashboard, seats, back part. doors interior... Everything what yo can provide me would be great since i have just few very small images of inteiror (400*300 and smaller resolutions). So if you can send me few biger images (1024 and above) that would be great ;).
Thanks in advance
BTW what color is your car ?

Lewis,
Your car looks amazing, cant wait to see it finished.
I loved the eclipse in the original Fast and Furious..... I assume your making the 2Fast2Furious eclipse, if so it would be cool if you could give it the same paint job :D
Anyway, keep up the good work.
Gaz!!!
btw... sebek, VW's are German not american and their not that boxy, especially the new Golf's and Polo's. Make a good first car for us teens  . I started learning in a Polo and it was a decent drive 4 what it was, but now I'm in a corsa, which is 10 times better.
Would be cool for some people to model some modified european hatches. I tried a corsa but couldnt find any decent blueprints, just the top n front (I think).

i know vw are german, but most of them have a boxy shape - like most american cars- .. the new vw Golf is nicer though
let's not start a car war :D ... there are some nice looking American cars but i prefer european and Japanese

in order for it to be tuned it has to be 1 inch off the ground and have a 3 foot spoiler. oh and dont forget the exhaust you can fit a basketball into

hey, I don't really mean to rip on anyone's car. I apologize for that, I just really don't like the Eclipse....especially the new ones because they dropped in performance and style....in my opinion..... I don't particularly like the styling of the '87 Supra but I'm 18, in college and my parents aren't any where near rich, so.....I drive an 87 Supra (a poor man's MKIV Supra). At least I got performance....oh, and I am currently working on the styling. Basically it's going to be a totally different car when I'm done with it, which unfortunately won't be until I'm out of college or win the lottery.
