Title: Dragons Roar
Name: Andrew Dobell
Country: United Kingdom
Software: Photoshop

Done as a part of my Day job, this was an effort to do a powerful and striking image of a Dragon, Mid roar.
It was sketched out in Pencil, going through various stages of development until it was scanned into Photoshop and painted from there.

The image was completed months ago but I am still interested to hear crits etc.

Regards

Very Good! Great Image! Love the detail you've put into this! No Crits!!

BTW I was wondering if you could tell me how to upload an avatar and how to change what the motto line (under the username) states? Thanks for any help you may offer! :)

very nice dragon, I love all the detail you put into it. The only thing that bothers me is the color in the background is almost the same as the dragon so it is kind of hard at first to pick him (or her) out from the background. The drool is awesome :)

hey man. This has a lot of potential. I agree with ivy00 about the background. Throw another color in the mix. A strong hightlight or any lightsource at all for that matter would help to create a focus and soften up the overall hardness of the dragon. At the moment, it seems that there is a little bit of light coming from above the dragon. Try emphasizing that light or creating another from one of it's sides. Cheers
