I entered this model in the character modeling/rigging competition that was being held over at LWG3D.org a couple of weeks ago. The contest's over, but I'd still like to take this guy further...so I thought I'd post some pics here and ask for feedback on what you think could be improved. (Obviously, I haven't done anything with the texturing yet.)
There's a few places that I can see that aren't quite deforming properly, but I'm not sure if that's due more to the construction of the mesh or to less-than-perfect point weighting. Anyway, c&c appreciated. :)
