Hello to you all :)
The old version of this piece was originally made for the Halloween Gnomon challenge, and to my surprise, won the first place. so thanks to that I now have a pile of 40 dvd's on my shelf (which sadly I have no time to look at).
Since I wasn't happy with the result I took the time for a slow make over, and gave this painting a big kick.

For some reason this reminds me of my childhood. This image is full of fun and adventure. I’m sure there is a really cool story that goes with this image. 5 stars from me as well.

thanks guys. I do like to get into the small details, and to figure out how the light is falling on every object (maybe that why most of my pieces are dark).

jsgknight- that's the biggest compliment you can ever give me. I tried to give the picture a bg story and a sense of credibility using all the small details.
although we are not celebrating Halloween, (we have "Purim" witch is also involves wearing costumes) I find Halloween to be full of magic.
