View Full Version : Hide/Show Palettes Shortcut inactive

I cannot get the Hide/Show shortcut (Tab key) to work. I have Painter X, Mac OSX and a G5. It worked fine in Painter IX. Thanks for any suggestions.

Try "Shift+Tab" .

Good idea, but it didn't work. It works when there is no file open in Painter, but if I have a file open it doesn't work.

Since this shortcut was not working for me, I went into Preferences>Customize Keys and created a new, personal shortcut for the action. Works great now.
