Hi, We're having a problem on a computer we have at work while using Painter 9 and a Wacom (sorry I'm not at work right now so I don't know the type)... When trying to use a brush on the canvas, it would be working good, then every once in a while it will jump to the left about two inches on the screen, messing up the stroke.
I haven't tried updating the driver or looking at any Painter settings, and I won't be back at work until Friday, so I can't try anything until then. I just wanted to toss this question out there to see if any of you have ran into this problem, so I might be able to email an answer to my boss...
PS. It only happens in Painter. We have had the Wacom for over a year now and it works in Photoshop and Windows fine, but when in Painter, its as if the cursor will jump to the left every once in a while, while trying to make a smooth line. We've had Painter 9 for a while, but haven't opened it up and used it with the Wacom until last week... So I can't give stats on frequency or anything, but I will say that with a mouse, using brushes seem to work fine without any "jumping"... If I can get anymore details I will, but thanks for any help that ya'll may be able to provide.
Thanks,
Justin
