Why does combustion 2.1 (demo) create a red cross? Is it becaus it is a demo or becaus I am doing something wrong here

Hi.
The Combustion DEMO version has TWO MAJOR limits:
1) When you RENDER you get a BIG RED X on the screen
2) You can NOT SAVE your work...
Thats's why they call it a demo version...
You get ta TRY and PLAY, but you can not do any real work...
