Nice site and good idea...always like those that make the effort to display and organize animation...I have not checked it out extensively, but what are the chances that you could require (or program) the submissions to have an thumbnail image from the actual film/vid. A lot of the pieces on your site now have a black empty screen shot for their thumbnail...or I imagine this is the product of showing whatever is the first frame on the vid...makes it harder to scan through I think...

The only other thought that comes to mind (and I think this more of a request that becomes applicable when you reach a certain level of content) is to categorize not merely by what programs were involved in the making of the anim but also by either subcategorizing or tagging vids with key words (such as "jumping", "running", "laughter". "hand shake") so that the content becomes more accessible and meaningful if you truly want this site to be that kind of resource which can be utilized more specificly...I think it will also position the site differently than a Youtube or a CGtalk...as it will be more akin to a Corbis or Gettyone of animation...just a thought....maybe I am thinking down a completely different road that your intention, so if so...sorry.
