I animated a biped. Now I want to move some keys to fix the timing but I'm getting this message
"This operation is not possible because it results in illegal timing.
Some restrictions are:
-keys on ther same track cannot overlap or pass one another
-no keys before the first or after the last footstep
-no keys in negative frames."

but this restrictions dont apply to what I'm doing.

so what can be the problem, and how can i fix this?

try converting to freeform, ie not footstep anim that has more restrictions concerning timing etc,
