the SICORE engine is throwing in the towel about every 15 minutes [but it is random]. Luckily it manages to save my work before going down but its REALLY annoying! I think it may be something to do with my Graphics card, its a Gainward Geforce 4 Ti 4200 - anybody have the same probs or ideas?

As Graham mentioned that card sould be fine for XSI and please post the info as well, i.e ver , spm manager etc.

I would reinstall XSI and download the latest SPM software available.

How is your computers temps, specifically the cpu's temperature? I know at school we had a problem with XSI crashing a lot because the school was uber cheap and had bad power supplies but also cases with no case fans and cheap heatsink/fans. When it got warm in the room, not hard considering the rooms size and the people in it, xsi would die.
