Hi!

I heard of Mental Ray Arch and Design Tools (or Library).
Could anyone explain me how it works and where to find it?

It's built into software that uses mental ray v 3.5 (max 9, maya 8, xsi 6, etc). It's designed for photo realism, most commonly used with HDR and photometric lighting. You can read up a lot in the 3DS max forum, or the mymentalray.com forums.
