Concept is great, I'll keep a look on the model progress to see if it will come out as great as the concept.

Great start.
nice character refs also. One quick thing you may need to change so it would look more accurate is the cheeks; make them fuller and rounder. Thats the general theme of this particular character, round and robust proportions.

you are going great, but like threedeemer i found the cheeks too thin against the ref model, make them a little rounder that will give the model a sexier look like the draw ;)

I don't know if I'm right, but it seems your eyeballs are modeled in the head. You should better model them as spheres to make them move for the future...
I won't give you any other advise for the moment, I wait to see the next posts.
keep on working on it it will be cool ...

I can only see the first render but it looks great so far, but I'd make the gap between the top lip and the nose smaller and the indentation less pronouced, it'll make her look a lot prettier, bottom lip also needs to curve in a bit more.
Still, great so far!:)

very nice. My only advise would be to work on the eyes just alittle more. they seem to be bulging out of the head. Over all great job.

Hmm... I really like how this is turning out :) I thought you quit a while ago, glad to see you didnt. I think you need to flesh out her butt a little more. Also you might want to take the ridge and make it wider and more subtle. You could though, take it out all togther since its a cartoon and doesnt need to be anotomically correct.
hope that helps, I think if you keep it up you could have a really uniqe model :)

maybe you can soften a little the head (this would fit more your cartoon style)....
