Quite often I render a single frame to check how my model animation is going. However, with Maya, whenever I render something, my render window shows nothing: Pitch Black!! But here's the catch: When I open the output file, it works fine. This problem is only with Maya. 3dsmax render windows works just fine.

What's going on??
