Careful of the reflections on the floor. IT almost appears at first glance that he has long legs with just a ball knee joint thing. Not that those were his feet and there was a reflection. His door needs some work as well. It's very "jagged".
Just my opinion.

Ok i tried to smooth out the curve, im new to polys so my knowledge of how to refine a poly is limited.Bender (http://home.attbi.com/~kingsleytim/Bender3.jpg)

updated the thread name to better reflect the subject.

Looking good. What a shame that the only way to see bender now is in syndication on Cartoon Network.

It's a good start, but you really need to go look at your reference material for Bender's proportions. (The head/visor area especially)
His hands are also a bit off. His fingers should form a triangle like this . ' . instead of being in a line. Also, it's a bit hard to tell from your picture, and you may already know this, but his feet are perfectly round, not elongated in any direction. Good work though
