CGTalk - max crashing when moving edges while listener is enabled

ok i think i gotta explain this subject ...

i've found a very weird problem in 3dsmax5

whenever the macro recorder is enabled and i try to move an edge on a poly object max crashes, allowing me to emergency-save my scene

can anyone reproduce this bug or is it just me ? for me it's reproducable, happens on new scenes too
