does anyone know a tutorial (or any kind of reference) to model/rigg a transformer, for max? or may for another software, because there may be a technique that could be infered!

Firstly, good luck!
From what i understand, the transformer game by Atari used three different models and three different rigs for each character, a vehicel, transform and robot.
From my own experience, it involves some complex rigging and lots of planning.
Sorry, I realise that this doesn't really help alot, but it might give you some ideas

Hi there.. i'd say its really good work i watched the movie, but the transforming object is not only from that game or the movie. Sony made few commercials including transforming object. i hope that there is a way to learn that for our own. thanks all

I have the same problem! I have made a transformer,but did not know how to make the rigging!

I've asked questions about rigging transformers in the past, but - to no avail. Our hope now is Chris from 3D Palace - he announced a transformer bot pack release soon!
