Hi there!
To me, it doesn't look like a HDRI-Based-Lighning, because there are no real contrasts. Looks more like you were using a normal RGB-Image... :shrug:
But anyway, I like the hair's specularity! And the general parameters of the skin shader look good aswell. It's just way too smooth and clear. Try adding some pores and liverspots.
And *please*: Bild -> Einstellungen -> Helligkeit/Kontrast: Kontrast +32 ;)

well yes it is HDRI based ilumination (final render), happend is i modified the color on photoshop because don't likeme the final render... (well i post the real final render)....
the model (woman's face) is a "little" ;) ugly because this is my first time that i trade to make a woman head and without image references, so, sorry for post a ugly work here :(

Anyway, looks much better now!
But you still have some problems with the mouth. There is a strange color stripe at the egde...
