to put it more clearly
the sticky threads are not showing new posts
the rest of the threads are working fine for me
i find this a bit odd

any ideas?

seems to work for me.

on the subject of troubles with Cgtalk, if i click on my profile|edit options| avatar : more info... i'm sent to a page which seems to contains 1625 images or something like this -- needless to say my dialup modem just dies on this.

(this is confirmed by looking at the page with disabling the images ; there really seems to be more than one thousand of them)
