This project started out as an anatomy study. I didn't feel like making a standard human, and wanted to make something interesting...something that'll keep me hooked to the project.

Very nice little write-up! It was really nice to hear about your process from beginning to end.

I'm interested, did you use 3ds max pelt mapping for the UVs?

Keep up the good work and congrats on masterminding an excellent product.

I just have taken a quick look at your making of, but have found already very interesting modeling techniques. Very impressing and good work!
