CGTalk - Jamstudio Tablet?

Hey, I'm thinking about buying a Jamstudio 7.5-inch USB/Serial Graphic Tablet w/SW for PC&MAC couse it's cheap and I can't really afford Wacom right now. Does anybody here ever used this one? How does it compare to Wacom? Any difference?
