this is proberbly a over done subject. chicas with guns. I had this thought of a couple of girls liv'in out in the mid-west and like most mid-westerners I'm guessing they have a fondness for guns. as do I but I just don't live in the mid-west. so that was idea behind these 2 concepts also add in some retroness with the 80's firebird t'shirt.

Very nice work. I particularly like the way a manga-esque style has been combined with a more traditional American-comic book style. Did you take inspiration from Japanese artists? I would point out however that the girl on the left has a rather masculine body compared to the girl on the right. Other than that, great work! :)

thanks all for the comments! yeah Chymo I'm influenced by a lot of asian and western comic artists and illustrators so there's a mixture of both styles in there, it's a half breed concoction sort of speak :)
