Hey I am trying to decide whether to render out my CG for greenscreen from Vray in square pixels or nonsquare pixels, and whether if square it will be a pain to convert it laTER in AE to broadcast. Please help ASAP!

Assuming you use the correct resolutions, it will be no problem at all to convert from square to non-square pixels. you have to be more specific, zthough. What's the target paltform? PAL? NTSC? HD?
